'I'm an internet freak. I'll spend two or three hours a day surfing the web just looking for ideas and inspiration' - Daryl Denham, new Virgin radio presenter

*** Rik Waller's 'musical' debut ****

Fat Reject and spacerUK favourite Rik Waller will bring out a single with a cover version of Whitney Houston's awful - 'I will always love you'. There was also talk of a double A-side with 'Try a little tenderness', his first song on Pop Idol, or with a song he composed himself. We'll have to wait and see. Good Luck, Rik!

Chocoholics everywhere will be delighted to know that Cadbury's are bringing out an ice cream version of Creme Egg in the run-up to Easter. It will be a wafer cone lined with milk chocolate, filled with vanilla ice cream and a yellow fondant centre. £2.40 for pack of four. Just reading this has made us peckish.

*** mad about competitions ****

Competitions on the web are a great way to make money with very little effort. In the space of a week one lucky SUK IT subscriber has won....

Hi, this week I've won...A Ford Fiesta, a football kit for local school and sports team, a £400 website for local school, a Playstation 2, a barbecue heater, trips to Paris, a widescreen TV, a DVD player, £1000 software, an mp3 player, a handheld computer, a mobile phone, a christmas hamper , £1500 worth of software, a mouse money box, shampoo conditioner and hair gel, and a playstation2 game! I can't believe what a week I've had! This list is huge - I love comping and I could go on and on but I'll keep it short...

'Pah! That's nothing!' Can you beat this list? - let us know and you could star in one of our upcoming features... > emailus@spaceruk.com. The FREE BEER winner is announced in news - and they still haven't claimed their prize. Could it be you? Also, our FREE BISCUIT winner will be announced shortly.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Download pics of burgers, chips and beer for your rather dull looking computer screen - they're pretty tasty. Plus, put your name down for the new poo cartoon book. It's the biggest load of crap you'll ever get your hands on. Yuk.

*** One more reason to stay in bed ****

Oh dear, according to latest polls Brits are among the world's hardest working. We do an average 43.6 hours a week. Yet we only make £16,085 a head compared to £25,538 in the US. Damn! The 'we've got the right idea' French get away with 35 hours a week and the EU a refreshing 40.3. The Japanese haven't quite got the idea with a staggering 47.3 hours work per week. Annoyingly they have the highest life expectancy of 77.2 years. Damn again!

*** Max's movie news ****

ALI G THE MOVIE: Brit comedian and all-round buffoon Ali G is starring in a brand new movie. Filmed on location in Brooklyn, New York City, he plays a kind of bumbling gangster. It's due out in the UK on March 22 and to save you the trouble of downloading the trailer - it's weak pun on the film 'Ali'

MADONNA: Ali G's best mate Madonna is being lined up to sing the next Bond theme tune - and appear in a cameo Role! However, whether she's a villain or a goodie remains to be seen. This will be the 20th Bond movie and has still not been named. More news as we have it.
