The Small Thing To Buy

Train journey's will never be dull again with these miniature Pacman and Space Invader keyrings. They're sure to sell like hot cakes.. well... perhaps not quite as well as delicious hot cakes....

What A S**t Idea!

We spend the best time of our lives on the loo. It’s a perfect opportunity to get away from it all. Why not liven up these precious moments with these rather novel toilet rolls? Some have jokes on, others photos and cartoons, some can even have your initials emblazened across their soft exterior. We’d never poo-poo a good idea - it’s certainly not an idea to be sniffed at. Hmmmm.... sorrry about the crap puns.

"Slow Down, Rover!"

Here's a novel (and lazy) way to roller-blade around the local park. The new Swiss-made EasyGlider is an electrically-powered wheel with a handle. It offers a range of 35km on each charge and is available in October 2004. So strong has been the interest in the eco-friendly EasyGlider that the company has firm orders for more than 2000 at the retail price of £595. The EasyGlider weighs in at around 22kg, which is around half the weight of the Segway, the device it is most likely to be compared with. What d'you reckon then, would you be too embarrased to use it?

Has Nostalgia Gone Too Far?

Now you can buy your very own 1970's arcade machine. This Space Invaders unit will set you back just over £2000. Who needs a £25 hand-held plug-in-the-TV unit when you can get one of these monstrosities? Your batchelor pad could look like... well, like a batchelor pad. Isn't this kind of thing for people with more money than sense? It's only a wooden box with a monitor and a tiny circuit board...

Would You Buy This Computer?

Sometimes we are forced to walk to the fridge, or the car, or back to the fridge. These new Addidas '1' trainers could make that journey a little more bearable. They have an in-built 3v battery-operated computer that adjusts the softness at the base of the shoe. It has more processing power than the original Apple Mac Computer. You can however feel a slight buzzing underneath your foot. Retail's in December at around £140. Is it just another useless gimick, or will you rush out and buy a pair?

Create A Nation

Submitted By Toonlist Guy

"NationStates is a nation simulation game. You create your own country, fashioned after your own ideals, and care for its people. Either that or you deliberately torture them. It's really up to you."
.........Torture, you say.......
.........Hmmmmmmmm..........
